The 
NUPROL NP 26mm Sunshade
 is an alloy sunshade designed to screw onto compatible rifle scopes to reduce lens glare, improve image clarity, and offer some minor physical protection. 
 
 
Key Features and Benefits
Glare Reduction: The primary function is to extend the shading over the objective lens, which limits the amount of light entering from sources other than the target, thereby reducing lens glare on sunny days and improving clarity.
Physical Protection: The sunshade offers a degree of protection for the optic's lens from incoming airsoft BBs by restricting the field of potential impact; however, for complete protection, a NUPROL Killflash or Lens Shield is recommended, as direct hits can still cause damage.
Construction: The sunshade is made from an alloy material with a black finish.
Threaded Design: It is threaded at both ends, allowing multiple sunshades to be used in sequence for extended shading or for a Killflash of the same diameter to be attached to the end.
